At ABC Window Cleaners & Building Maintenance,
we put our quality to the test. We believe in:
- Offering community
support and donating frequently to charitable organizations such as Helping Hands, Liberty House, Oregon Paralyzed Veterans Association and the Oregon Humane Society, to name a few.
- Active memberships
in: Strategic Economic Development Corporation (SEDCOR), Salem Executive Associates (SEA), Salem Chamber of Commerce and Keizer Chamber of Commerce
- Hiring local workers with barriers to employment.
- Being fully licensed, bonded and insured.
Established in Salem, OR in 1936, we have been a member of the Salem community for more than 75 years (longer than any of our competitors!) and intend to be around for many more years to come.
We are proud to be OSHA compliant, meet SAIF workman’s compensation standards and maintain a $2,000,000 liability insurance policy.
We are an active participant in the Industrial Maintenance Operator/Mechanic (IMOM) Program that has been developed by SEDCOR and Chemeketa Community College. This program is designed to advance the talent capabilities of existing employees and effectively transfer the knowledge and expertise of a seasoned workforce to the next generation of workers.
We are involved in our community by giving out a helping hand wherever we can. We originated and continue to support the Kanz 4 Kids program that benefits local homeless children; we are board members of the Drug Free Workplace; are eager participants in Mid-Valley Mentors; and were actively involved in the 2010 Extreme Home Makeover at the Oregon School for the Deaf.
Due to our dedication to excellence and our community involvement, we were very proud to receive the honor of being named as Salem’s 2010 Small Business of the Year.
